ABOUT ME
Helping individuals learn tools to overcome challenges and improve their social-emotional well-being is a life long passion of mine. The foundation of my approach is establishing a trusting relationship with my clients. Together, we set goals, monitor progress, and celebrate growth. My specializations include anxiety, depression, family issues, and trauma. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques depending on the presenting concern and developmental stage of the client. Some potential techniques include dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), EMDR, motivational interviewing, family systems therapy, play therapy (for children), and art therapy. Whatever is bringing you to seek counseling for yourself or your child, I would love to help.
Outside of my career, I spend most of my time with my husband and two daughters. We love traveling, UT football, swimming, and game nights. I also enjoy reading, hiking, golf, yoga, and anything outdoors.
